PERFORMANCE & COACHING. TECHNICAL DEEPER TIPS. DON’T BE LIKE….

” That is Carlos doing is something like magic…..” ( A pro Player Tennis)

” We want that our players can play like Roger,….. ”  ( A tennis Federation…..).

” It wasn’t the performance that we wanted, but keep going to be mentality more strong ”   (Stupids Mental Coach, Sport Psychologists….etc…)

” ” ” ”…………..etc…..

I guess that other ones federations, academies, try to show up something like Novak, Andy…etc….as well, even in a short time ago till hardly everyone or on everywhere pretended to play like RAFA, right now from my namesake the broke the barrier, ooohhh, everyone has to play like CARLITOS….. leaving RAFA in a secondary position, said in other words, look like flock of sheep that we are moving in relation to the communication that are receiving in, said in other words, the consequence that are not able to make filters that let us identify, classify and built an integral base that let us to advance from a sphere much more bigger, healthy and powerful in development, means develop an accumulation of resources that propels us to a unknown field, a stage that will change our level, our limits on and off the court.

*Like small story, observed people who accused me of fanaticism, while mixed up that with the meaning that is to have a VOCATION (a big love to a sport that BROUGHT me back to the LIFE) being them now who engage in behaviours like that to a tennis player that his name is called like mine, CARLITOS and even his game is quite similar than mine, other fact from plenty others to take advantage about my person to make a great TEAM WORK.  Is it a funny fact? is it a Karma issue?…. l am lucky that take everything as humour, grab those things that help to built higher than previous instant and learning super faster in. Looking ahead!.

1. TECHNICAL ASPECTS TO BE AWARE.

THE POINTS OF IMPACT.  I can’t remember the infinite times that my coach through of our uncountable chats (big top requested his services when were desperate – injuries) INSISTED me once behind other about the importance of that point, and as it could involve as over the game as even to the players’s head (obvious on psychological terms as well, observed for myself), because a high level of dependency push easily to uncontrollable severe states of frustrations. Behind of that points of impact, there are millions of points where never must lost the focus about them, and then trough of that can adjust small micro-gestures that change everything as innerly as outside on the court, because a simple detail correction could relax to the rest of the body in an unconscious and automatic way without realising about it, however the issue is that will repeat the consequences that don’t want if we are not attacking the conflict point. Remind you!!!, the most important is reaching the SWEET POINT OF IMPACT!. TO PUT OUT YOUR FUCKING RACKET ON!  

There is four details to be aware about where our hand (wrist) is placed on but also how is position over it:

  1. BASELINE stroke.  Exit the arm….etc…

THE TRANSITIONS.  If we are able to analyse the body positions that had the TENNIS in old periods, simply go to YouTube and watching in slow motion every small detail from the old years till now…, if you are intelligence enough, will see that on each stage that have gone changing the materials, balls, the surfaces and its environments, sport shoes ( I don’t like that NIKE is doing in relation to the Tennis), the strings but about the evolution of the rackets through of a lower level of teaching, have gone closing the body more and more while in the same time the body is being forced to paint a forth that isn’t viable if talk about health’s terms; basically that was a game from our unconscious side of our brain as when were using wood racket for example, its weights and shape forcing us to move the arm out the body without need to use in excess of the legs, however through of the time to nowadays have been doing it to the inverse which forgot all the rotational movement at one time ( ” EN UN SOLO GIRO “) that involve to the upper side as well and that let to our arms can move out, then in contrast are being witness as from the instinct “comfort” the players make all type of self-corrections providing in the same direction others many injuries on. 

 Formula:   + SPEED + AGGRESSIVENESS  but  – PHYSICAL FORCE – MUSCLE SPACE – MOVEMENT – AGILITY = INJURIES!!!.

THE BODY HAVE TO BE BIGGER, NEVER REDUCE THEIR EXTENSION, LOOK THE BALANCE BETWEEN BEFORE AND NOW, will see that have a balance and powerful TENNIS to develop on.  CARLITOS has teaching to many humans the way to do the things (for me wasn’t new, have been years working hard for that), but still there are not few that understand what and how have to do that, and others lost chances for their fucking egos and comfort on. 

I consider firmly, that a TENNIS COACH, independently about that category of TENNIS is working and teaching on, must have that aspects so clear, but if we talk about COMPETITION, must not justly have to be clear all that information if not that also the job with the Physical trainer and physiotherapist must be in order through of plenty of that aspects that happen on court. 

LOOSING THE RACKET. THE WRISTS. That I am going to explain you know, is a basic detail that have a higher influence with a serious rebound effect that can delivery to the rest of the body. I am surprise as the tennis, in this case even the British Tennis have a wisdom case with a player (female) that play on court with a small handicap, however at least from my point of view, being an curious human that try to learn from everyone and all the things to keep updating each small detail or even justly to refresh concepts, I saw it as an authentic TENNIS coaching gift, basically for small reasons that my own feelings have been able to take advantage about it, after to delivery that wisdom to others players or even the own players be able to include on their games with a tool that get free of body tension and can place in a better position to create forth and reaction on, faster on reflects. Well, I am talking about the fingers’ hands, its positions and the own spaces of movement that must have on each instant.  MUST BE CONSCIOUS ABOUT THAT IS HAPPENING THERE!.

Points to be aware about:

  1. Loosing.. I lose the fingers because keep a very flexible wrist while use all the natural body force.
  2. Fatigue of the fingers. The tendons can’t resist anymore, there are a high apprehension and a blocking of the blood circulation, that is probably that spreads to other areas, but the first thing that will do us is that our map of concentration will be interrupted while in the same time reduce our levels of attention – retention…
  3. Colocation – position in coordination with our wrists….. consciousness and inertia of the movements, as is predictable that can grab other consequences psychical that we don’t wish to have in… 

Remind, BAD POSITIONS = Terrible and unconscious self-corrections with other parts of our body, then after will start our complains or even desperate searching of some type of magic through of physiotherapist, physical trainer,… however after go to the court and keep doing the same thing, so it will be question of time to come back again to the same point or even worst. Creating IRRADIATIONS, CAREFUL!. Avoid that project to the other sides, and also that stop to create weakness in our game on.

THE PHYSICAL ROTATION AND ITS LEVEL OF ACCURACY.  About that detail have to make difference between both genres by genetic reasons:

MALES. About the men, will be shorter on my explanations, well, as have said previously, have more force, don’t need to make all a wide track to hit the ball (” Palanca de Golpeo “) although their point of balance is being higher which can lost coordination (need to work more about it), said in other words on reference to the TENNIS, the strong twist that can use to balance the body to ball counteract the possible lost of balances on, however to execute it in a properly way, need to avoid to cut the muscles while let that have the necessary mobility during the movement, the issue come when block and with the highest level of apprehension that many times are doing about them, unconsciously when mustn’t be like that, through of the powerful force that have, then to unlike women where the articulation (joint) would be blocked, in the men would be retained, where the pressure about it is too much in actions too repetitive as the TENNIS is by itself.

A TENNIS COACH must be so sharpest to detect the minimum detail and don’t push to the players to a mental game that is not fair apart from coming excessively dangerous on.
